If you have any emergencies and need veterinary assistance, please call the practice on 01283 617020. 

During our regular opening times you can come to us here at Bright Side where emergencies will be seen as a priority.  After hours we provide emergency cover in partnership with MiNightVets at Castle Donnington. Our phones are diverted automatically to them when we are closed so you don’t need to worry about a separate number.

Depending on the nature of your pet’s condition, we will most likely request you to come to the surgery where we are best equipped to deal with all eventualities.
As our van covers a large geographical area, we may be too far away to provide an immediate response, but we will do our very best to assist you if appropriate. It is therefore advisable to have a plan of action so you are able to come to the practice in an emergency situation.

Any emergency booking (less than 24 hours notice) will incur an additional emergency visit fee of £35 (this will include transportation back to our Swadlincote practice if required).
