If you would like to make an booking with our Bright Side on Wheels dedicated team of Vets and Nurses, simply give us a call on 01283 617020 and a member of our team would be happy to find a day and time which suits you and your pet .
Alternatively, you can message us on Facebook or see our contact page for other ways of getting in touch. We will reply to all social media and emails as soon as possible, however please allow 24 hours for a reply.

New clients

If your pet is a new Bright Side patient, we will require you to register your pet with us and allow us to obtain their clinical history from any previous veterinary practices before your mobile appointment. This allows us to have a thorough understanding of your pet’s medical history ensuring the best possible care. You can register your pet by calling our friendly reception team on 01283 617020 or you can register online.

Payment policy & costs

Our standard call out charge for all home visits is £35 and payment for this will be taken at the time of booking as a deposit to secure your visit (please note our cancellation policy below). Any charge for veterinary treatment and medication will cost you no more than if you had come to the surgery. Payment is required at the time of our visit and we accept credit/debit cards (excluding Amex) via our mobile card machine. We can also accept cash but please be aware we only carry a small amount of change for safety. We do not accept cheques. Delivery of food and medication is charged at a flat rate of £5. Emergency visits (booked with less than 24 hours notice) may incur an additional emergency call out fee of £35.

Cancellation policy

Please contact us as soon as you are aware that you cannot keep your visit time. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please advise us via a phone call wherever possible as messages and emails may not be received straight away. If a visit is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or you are not in when we visit you, we will retain the £35 deposit paid.
