Firstly, we have autonomy to tailor a package that suits your needs and those of the business needs!  A rota with flexi working, condensed hours or job share; a variety of perks that we review frequently with the team and the salary is tailored to the individual.  Essentially, we look for the win-win with you!

We run a well organised ship!  Making sure there is time in the diary for clinical meetings, appropriately timed consults, fair sharing of ops and consult blocks…oh and you will get a 1-hour lunch break pretty much every shift!  Yes, we are still gobsmacked that so many practices don’t get the importance of you staying chipper and refreshed!  We invest in our people so protect time in our day diary for team meetings, in-house training and monthly one-to-one catch ups.

Your wellbeing is important to us.  How can you give 100% to your clients and patients if you are not 100%?  We recognise the role we play in this, so we have a dedicated member of staff as an in-house wellbeing guru!  Sadly, this does not extend to yoga classes and a wine bar in the staff room (well not yet any way….).  You can, however, use your CPD budget on sessions with the life coach we work with locally.

Gaps in your experience?

Not to worry we believe we have the knowledge and structure to teach and support you.  We encourage vets/nurses to progress and master skills particularly in areas where they are keen to develop.  Whether you are recently qualified or have experience, we are supportive of training and development.

Moving practice at any point in your career can be both exciting but also stressful.  So, our structured induction and training approach will ensure you have the support you need when you need it.

The nitty gritty!

Salary is dependent on experience ranging from £24,200 to £29,150

wide range of benefits on offer (check them out) including full private medical cover.

CPD budget is based on hours worked but for a full time RVN it is £500 minimum.  The reality is that we feel your development is critical and therefore if you want to do something that is outside of the budget, we will have a chat about how we can help achieve this.

Holiday – everyone needs a break!  You will initially receive 28days leave, including bank holidays (when we are closed anyway).  You can add up to an additional 10days leave to your allowance after you have been with us for a while…plus we let you buy and sell holiday so you can get more (or make some cash if you don’t need it).
